Minimum Purchase Please note that our Tumbler Depot.com website has a minimum purchase of $25.00
Damaged or Incorrect Item Received If you receive a damaged or incorrect item Tumbler Depot will immediately authorize a return for the item and send you a replacement as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 5 days of item receipt at 704-793-1544 or by email at CustomerService@TumblerDepot.com and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on the return process.
Unwanted Items If you decide that you do not want the item that you have purchased, please contact us within 5 days of item receipt at 704-793-1544 or by email at CustomerService@TumblerDepot.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Unwanted Items must be shipped back to Tumbler Depot at the buyers expense, in unused condition and in original packaging. Unwanted items are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Personalized Items Orders for Personalized Items can not be canceled beyond 24 hours after you have placed your order and can not be returned. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item Tumbler Depot will immediately authorize a return for the item and send you a replacement as soon as possible, at no additional cost to you. Lifetime Guarantee The Tervis Tumbler Company offers a lifetime product guarantee in the unlikely event that your Tervis purchase becomes defective. No receipt is needed, just make sure that the item indicates "Tervis" on the bottom. Please send the defective item directly to Tervis at: Tervis Tumbler Company Please include a note explaining the situation along with your return name and address.
